Gut Healing Bone Broth

Turkey Bone Broth comes around three times a year. Traditionally around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Our turkeys are pastured-raised here in Ontario. The vegetables and spices infused into the broth are all organically grown and reflect the season.

The fat is kept in the broth as bone marrow is a highly nutritious food source and is not included in many of our meals. The fat can be removed before heating if desired, but I encourage you to include it in your broth.

Turkey is a seasonal broth that can be used as a base for gravies, soups, and stews enjoyed on its own. It’s used as the base of our seasonal Pumpkin Spiced Bone Broth as well!
