Gut Healing Bone Broth
Bison bones are the staple in this broth. Locally sourced from Uxbridge, Ontario, and pasture-raised. The vegetables and spices used are organically grown.
The fat is kept in the broth as bone marrow is a highly nutritious food source and is not included in many of our meals. The fat can be removed before heating if desired, but I encourage you to include it in your broth.
